Stupidly bought DS a pair of jeans identical to what he has from H and M. They couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful when I took them back. This isn't the first time I've had to take stuff back and they are always really helpful!

From what I've heard, so are Primark and M&S.
It's really not in any company's long term interest not to be helpful unless they believe someone is trying to work the system.
Still, it's nice to know that someone appreciates good service, rather than just taking it for granted.
