Does anyone have a fully working Smart Gateway system from Ovo? Mine records real time data but is non functional for historic data. I really cannot get an answer from Ovo.

I'd imagine that information is available online, from My Ovo. I don't have the smart gateway, but it does interest me.

This seems a good thread to put this next part. For those not able to get a smart gateway, I spoke to OVO recently and I was informed that they are expecting more smart gateways very soon. But what I was also told is that in the background there are whispers and workings of a new IHD with improvements to both software and hardware. I was told that if I wanted to replace my IHD for either of these in the future, I'd simply have to request one and send my old IHD back first.

How true any of the above is remains to be seen. But the agent I spoke with seemed very confident and knowledgeable.
