Urgent - contacting Grundig re fraud?

I returned to a message on my answerphone from Grundig regarding a suspect purchase in my name. The message was cut off before she left a number, and I have now queued without success on their 0871 number (I can't find a working alternative either via saynoto0870 or 192online).

I've sent an email, but really need to speak to someone so I can cancel whichever card is being used.

Does anyone have a proper contact no? Thanks.

    its on saynoto0870 as an unverified number mind so i dont know if its correct

    Thanks, but as I said, I've tried saynoto0870 and 192online, and none of their numbers work.

    Why not speak to your CC issuers and see where the payment had gone from?
