I have somehow managed to delete the pst file for outlook so I have nothing in my address book.
Can anyone help me to get them back.
I have googled but I'm not very computer savvy so haven't been able to sort it out.
Any help would be appreciated.

Have you checked the Recycle Bin to see if it is still in there ... if it is you can simply restore it.... DaveHappily retired and enjoying my 14th year of leisureI am cleverly disguised as a responsible adult.Bring me sunshine in your smile0

If you deleted the file you can possibly find it in the 'Recycle Bin'.0

No it's not there. I must have deleted it completely.0

Did you at any time set up a back up for your contacts or e-mails? OR maybe you allowed your e-mail client to carry out an archive operation. Files are normally found in C drive under User/Your Name/AppData/Local/Email client. OR maybe you synched to a mobile device.0

Photorec (free) is worth a run (supports pst files)

It didn't mention Windows 10. I have found my contacts on icloud and am trying to put them on a v card to export to Outlook. BUT when I click export vcard nothing happens. I shall keep on trying. Thank you for your help0

I don't know icloud or W10 but are any other options available to you such as create/export .csv file? If you go to Outlook and File, Open and Export one of the options is Import a .vcf. Click on that and see if one of the options allows you to import from icloud. I don't have icloud so I only get file locations within my PC. You have icloud so maybe it will show up as a location.0
