Hello I am new here
My friend has a CCJ on one credit card he owned which he had transferred the balance onto from a from a previous card. Can he still claim PPI on the card that he had cleared the balance from?
thanks :rotfl:

He can complain about PPI being miss-sold if he has evidence that it was on the card (it would be on all statements) and has reason for complaint.
If he has had a CCJ against him for that card then it would suggest he owes them money - any redress would be offset against the debt before he saw a penny of it (so don't use a claims company if he wants to proceed)Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
