This has happened to me before, where a direct debit payment has come out of my bank account, but doesn't appear immediately in the Iceasave account. And yes, it does disappear from the 'future transactions' section. With mine before, it has always appeared by the end of the day. I don't know if it takes longer in the case of the first transaction.
If it hasn't appeared by tomorrow morning, I would give them a ring.0
