  • This link is helpful on the law relating to rights of audience. You will need to look stuff up. Essentially if your opponent is not fully qualified it may be possible to ask the Court not to let them speak.

    With regard to the address point I raised it is Not an address. It is a postal box. If you Google the address you will find it is a mail facility only. The address should be that of the witness and where she is capable of being found. A PO Box is not a proper address for service and not the registered address of the company either.

    Thanks CM and J! I will read the links once I back from work. In the mean time, I just realised a new question: should I send a copy of my WS to Gladstones or UKCPM? I have posted it to GS but suddenly realised if it supposed to be UKCPM.
