Why have you hijacked someone else's totally unrelated thread?
If you want help with your issue ElParque, you should start a new thread.
Having done that, perhaps you can update your thread about Grandmother/Grandson resident parking issue.0 -
I've got a PCN from Euro Car Parks after the leasing company gave them my details. They've written to me about this postal PCN.
The letter contained nothing but the NTK.
Am I right in thinking that the following are the documents that the PPC should have included in its letter to me but didn't and I should wait til 21 days have elapsed from the date of issue of the NTK to me before using Edna's template to appeal to the PPC (Euro Car Parks).
(a)a statement signed by or on behalf of the vehicle-hire firm to the effect that at the material time the vehicle was hired to a named person under a hire agreement;
(b)a copy of the hire agreement; and
(c)a copy of a statement of liability signed by the hirer under that hire agreement.
Is this related to the seven threads you have started about a parking ticket?0 -
I thought the 'rules' asked people NOT to start a new thread for very similar cases and this latest PCN I received seemed very similar to this one. That's why I added a comment to this thread and didn't start a new one. I had only one question to ask for clarification.
Sorry if you found my asking this question offensive.
As for the grandson/grandmother case, if you are really interested the parties await further communication from the PPC (and hopefully will be doing so for the next 5 and a half years).0 -
Only if it’s your thread already. You don’t interrupt other people’s threads with your concerns.0

Hi - I have received a windowscreen PCN for my Company Car from APCOA with 28 days to appeal (14 days for reduced fine). I am on day 13 now. Do I need to send this email now to APCOA as my appeal?0

Styn - you posted this right after another poster hijacked someone’s thread. Delete your post, now.0

Easy when you know how isn't it?
Thanks for confirming the advice here works.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
