Using Google's "i'm feeling lucky" feature in Opera Browser

Hi

I've just switched over from FireFox to Opera, have a couple of questions:

1) In firefox there is a feature called "Google i'm feeling lucky" where for example if you just typed in "bbc football" in the address bar then firefox took you to https://www.bbc.co.uk/football. Does anyone how to activate this in Opera?

2) If i already have an Opera window open and then click on opera to open a window, the new opera window just displays a blank page (opera:blank) even though under PREFERENCES > GENERAL i have set Google as my home page and asked for it to be displayed everytime i open opera...so why does this not happen? I only get my home page displayed the FIRST time i launch opera, not on subsequent windows.

thanks!
