I am moving out of my rented house this weekend but there are tyre marks from my bike on the lino floor. I can't get them off!!! Any tips?

I'd try:
Wetwipes, in circles with my fingertip
Anti bacterial spray + microfibre cloth, in circles with my fingertip
Paste of bicarbonate of soda + water, with an old toothbrush, slowly in small circles0 -
WD40
(there is no problem in the world that cannot be solved by WD40, duct tape or Terry's rose baum lip gloss)0 -
or a 'magic sponge'. the white eraser sponges can take marks from black trainer soles off vinyl so I don't see why it wouldn't work on bike tracks.0

I would suggest cream cleaner/cif.0

Try using a magic sponge or an eraser which works on scuff marksBlessed are the cracked for they are the ones that let in the light

Not Buying it 2015!0 -
Yes, magic eraser. One pound in Tesco. Buy two or three as they break up quite easily but they really do remove marks.0

Thanks I will try the magic sponge, cream cleaner and duct tape.
WD-40 believe it or not didnt work!0 -
Vinyl flooring can photograph rubber tyres.
This may sound odd, but it is a true factoid.
You may have an image of the tyre embedded in the compound.I do Contracts, all day every day.0 -

If I could do emojis I would do sad face, but actually don't think that duct tape would work (it's just in my emergency kit)
I have never found the magic erasers any good, but there's a lot of votes for them here, so please let us know, and I may have to add them to my emergency kit!0 -
