In the news today, nPower fined £26m for poor customer service. I wonder how many customers they've incorrectly blacklisted at the CRAs during the last 12 months? I bet it runs to the 100s of thousands. Companies such as nPower should not be permitted to reports customers to the CRAs.

Perhaps the only thing me and you will ever agree on ☺
Utilities companies should not be reporting on credit reports they are all completely useless.0 -
I moved house about 6 months ago, they were the supplier to the property when I moved in. Got shot of them as soon as I could, they have just sent me a second "final bill"...
Totally useless.0 -
Ive pulled this up before when rps, they have a happy clappy team that deal with cra and have very little experienceDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
