continental shifts

My work place is introducing a continental shift pattern, all above board with consultations etc.
Could I ask for redundancy ? . Or can they force me to leave if don't do them.

    Could you ask for redundancy ? Yes, but you won't get it.


    Can they force you to leave if you don't do them ? They won't need to, if you don't accept the new contract then you will have resigned and left their employment already.
    Its amazing how these banks can't even do simple calculations correctly..............
