ebay problem with bed-world

Hello guys wondering if you guys can help me here with some advice.

bought a bed from bedworld on ebay. had issues with delivery being delayed by nearly 3 weeks. some parts missing, some parts delivered wrong building, and some parts not working.

bed-world kept being polite but kept delaying me and delaying me and my 30 day ebay protection expired without me realising it.

and now they keep ignoring me.

the pistons on the Ottoman bed don't work. They kept saying they are sending some new ones in the post, but nothing ever arrives and no tracking number is ever sent.

and now obviously as said they just ignore me.

Iasked for a return cos I got so fed up and they gave me a return slip to return to post office. but slyly the label is for items under 20kg and smaller in size than a double bed, but a solid wooden bed weighs way more than that. So I am stuck now.

i can't return it to post office they refuse to take it, i asksed them. as it weighs too much and they refuse to deal with ebay stuff if they can avoid it.

and i can't contact bed-world as they keep ignoring me, or when they don't, they keep giving me waffle and lies, saying it will be sent out, tracking number will be sent and never does.

tried contacting ebay, website keeps giving me a run around saying to contact them, or use the return slip. won't allow me to contact ebay directly.

so i was wondering any way to do a charge-back or something like that?

that should get their attention.
