I am hoping for some help on here.
I have an I-pad mini approx. 4 yrs old I think.
Recently it won't connect to our wifi or connects then loses connection.
I have tried switching the I-pad off completely.
Re-setting the wifi settings
Resetting the router.
Sometimes one of these has worked for a while, but not any more.
All our other devices work properly off the router.
Any ideas?
If not, where can I go to sort it out?
Thanks in advance.

Log in to the router, and set it to the least congested channel in your area. You'll probably need a PC with a wifi adaptor to identify it, using SSinsider or similar.
Some routers, especially BT, swap from channel to channel on their own, and this can lead to some devices losing the plot. Lock the router down to one single channel.0 -
DH tells me our router is fixed, so that can't be the solution.
Guess I will have to find an apple shop.0
