New laptop - some websites not loading properly

New laptop, but some pages wont load properly. Its Windows 10, and for example when I type in the address bar certain websites (MSE and Hotmail being 2, which is frustrating) they don't load. but if I click on the MSE or Hotmail 'button' or 'tab' on the windows home page thingy, they load straight away. Any idea please?
Also, when I need to enter a verification code, for example creating a new log-on, or email address, or sending a message on eBay, the important code doesn't load. Rest of the page does, just not the code that's needed :mad:
Any ideas please people?

install google chrome.
it's lighter and quicker with less glitches (in my opinion):

IE is "optimized" to work with Microsoft services and as a result it can be finicky on most sites.
Try Opera, Chrome, Maxthon or Palemoon instead.0 -
