Hi all
My name is Matthew
I recently lost my farther to pneumoconiosis from working almost 40 years down a coalmine, he received a small pension for this prior to his passing but it says the pneumoconiosis caused his death on my dads certificate. i've been told my mother can claim for this but is unsure what road to go down and i'm overwhelmed by the amount of companies that deal with this. Is there any anyone advises for this sort of thing? i'm sorry if this is in the wrong part of the forum. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance

I would imagine that he had already been paid compensation for this.
If not, contact his union and ask which solicitor in your area is dealing with the claims. In Wales it's Hywel James of Cardiff.Member #14 of SKI-ers club
Words, words, they're all we have to go by!.
