DWP home visit

Hi,

Got a letter though the door saying next week I'll be getting a visit from the DWP to check if all my claims are up to date etc. It's say it's 1/4 but only got one page telling me the date and time they'll be coming round.

Does anyone know what this all about, surely a 5min phone call could of found out if everything is up to date.

Thanks

Its a routine check, a mere formality. A phone call would not be adequate as they want to make sure you are resident and entitled. Nothing to worry about.
