  • Sorry, I haven't bought a freeplay reward before. What you've described sounds about right though I think?

I had freeplay credit with a room reservation last year and they just load it onto your mlife card and you play as normal.
    Thank you all who post.

agree - we did the $50 Aria freeplay MyVegas reward and it was added to our mlife cards at the mlife desk. There were a few restrictions on the machines you could use it on (which is normal for freeplay).

agree also that you have to put $ or a ticket in the machine to the value of 1 spin to start.

What we did was we each put in $1 and activated the freeplay and then after $10-$20 of play, we cashed out or ticket and moved to another machine and played a bit more. We had a little competition to see who could clear the most 'real' money from $50 freeplay as after the last spin of freeplay we could see what value we each had. I totally won. :)

    hi and congrates

what time was it that you got them? i assume it was the 2 buffets for something like 76,000lps?

we are heading off in like 47 days so we are sorta gonna heve to think of trying for the reward in 3-4 weeks time , so i better try remeber what people have said about times n stuff!

Thanks, Hovis posted the refresh times (pg 43) and so far they have been spot on. They are from a FB group MyVegas Friends. Yes they were the 2 buffet passes and as people have said you can buy them 90 days out so give it a try now.
    Good Luck!:)

for those who have been to the habitat at Flamingo, and seen the bricks they have in the paving - the ones that mostly have names and wedding dates, but some have other things. how much do you think those are?

We're going for a friend's 10th anniversary vow renewal in November - there are quite a few of us going, and someone mentioned this as an idea and if we all chipped in $10 we could get one and I was all 'what? no way'...but it appears they are $150.

I would have thought they would be a lot more than that...I mean, it's not cheap, but it's the sort of thing I would have expected to be far, far more expensive unless maybe you booked a wedding package with them or something.

    hi

and thanks for the feedback seldom seen kid, Winter Jasmine and
Rebecca01 as you can tell im pretty much a novice(only started playing the game early 2015)

One more thing if i may ask is I am looking for the $50 in freeplay reward at the mgm grand(im staying there for 10nights )
how does it work? i asusme like most of the rewards you go to the Mlife desk with the lil code you get when you redeem a reward and ask it to put it on your Mlife card and then you go to a slots machine(in the mgm grand i assume? which is fine with me) and bingo you have $50 to play with ( or lose:D)

thanks for your paticents with me i know my questions may seem a lil too obvious!

Yes I did freeplay last summer and that's how it worked.

Has anyone here had any experience with getting a limo from McCarran to the Strip? 7 of us arriving next month, was wondering how much it might cost? We'd be going to the Flamingo if that makes any difference, I'm sure I read on here a while ago someone said it was cheaper to just arrange one on arrival as you can then speak directly to the limo drivers?

OH and I like our little luxuries so we do the limo trips to and from McCarran. Another vote for Presidential Limos here. $153 from the airport to The Cosmopolitan, and back again at the end of the trip (you can just do one way if you prefer). That's for the 6 person stretch limo so you would need the next size up for 7 of you.

If possible, request Billy Hanson as your chauffeur. He is great. :) On our first trip he took us on a cruise down The Strip at no extra cost, so we could get a great first look at it. We've rebooked for this year with him.

Wow, I too thought it would be a lot more! As it is our 10th wedding anniversary coming up in September, so may just surprise hubby with this. Any idea how far in advance you need to order it?

Our trip in May is coming up in no time it seems,39 days to go and we're off for our shortest trip ever to Vegas (not counting my work trip). Not at all made any plans apart from having booked a table for sterling buffet, although we have got most of our rewards, just 1 each left to buy. Hoping a summer reward or two is released.

On this trip, I really want to do the Mob Tour with Frank Cullotta and see Absinthe. For the latter, anyone know if it is worth upgrading to VIP tickets as I understand it is a small venue?

    Thanks
