Hi I've noticed, my experian credit score is now showing as 0.
I am a little concerned, my score appeared and was viewable when I logged in not long ago.
i've recently got a barclay card initial to get my score up and as part of this they offer a free credit score check. and on this it also shows as 0.
my equifax account shows a good credit rating.
any advice at all has anyone had any similar issues?

Is the information correct on your file, or is that blank? If so, don't worry about the score, as it's irrelevant in any case.0

Hi Fusionx212,
I can see why this would be concerning for you.
Your Experian score is calculated from the information appearing on your Experian report.
If information is not being retrieved correctly on your report then this could cause the score to show as zero.
For your Experian score with Barclaycard, if you call us on 0800 052 5220 we can get this checked for you.
If you had a CreditExpert membership previously email your details (name, date of birth and address) to us at uksocialsupport@experian.com and we can take a look at it.
Kind regards
Neil“Official Company Representative
I am an official company representative of Experian. MSE has given permission for me to post in response to queries about the company, so that I can help solve issues. You can see my name on the companies with permission to post list. I am not allowed to tout for business at all. If you believe I am please report it to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com This does NOT imply any form of approval of my company or its products by MSE"

Thanks Neil, I was a little taken back by it, I have just started to get my finances back in order so I had a low score previously, thought it may have been related, I have also recently changed my name by marriage in 2012 this may have impacted the information.0 -
With a credit score of zero you have definitely won the prize for the lowest credit score on the forum.
Unless anyone posts to say they have a negative score!
I hope you get it sorted out.0 -

I wouldn't worry, your score doesn't mean anything to any lenders at all.Life isn't about the number of breaths we take, but the moments that take our breath away. Like choking....0
