    Sorry to bump at this (very) late stage but to those, like me, who could not enter despite being a 3 customer - it was an 'invitation only' competition where 3 had 'randomly' selected who was invited to enter. Guess OP WAS one of those who received an invite? Obvs. not criticism of OP - just that reading the T&Cs does not really make it clear

    Are you sure?
    I didn't have an invite that I know of and I entered through the link here earlier today. My son's number isn't recognized though and I'm not sure why not.

    My husbands was recognised but not mine. My husband had an original 3 number and my number was switched from another provided. Wonder if that has anything to do with it...

    I tweeted them last night and was told it was only for those who got an email or text message and was given the option to fill a complaints form in which i have done as i find it so unfair and should be open to all their customers.
