Sorry to bump at this (very) late stage but to those, like me, who could not enter despite being a 3 customer - it was an 'invitation only' competition where 3 had 'randomly' selected who was invited to enter. Guess OP WAS one of those who received an invite? Are you sure?
I didn't have an invite that I know of and I entered through the link here earlier today. My son's number isn't recognized though and I'm not sure why not.0 -
My husbands was recognised but not mine. My husband had an original 3 number and my number was switched from another provided. Wonder if that has anything to do with it...0

I tweeted them last night and was told it was only for those who got an email or text message and was given the option to fill a complaints form in which i have done as i find it so unfair and should be open to all their customers.0
