sorry you've had some issues with the XMAS giveaway competition and sorry for any concern it's caused you. We're aware that there have been some issues with this. It's been very popular which has seen the site struggle to cope with the demand. We've made changes to help with this but the best thing to do would be to try again every now and then. A number of customers who have reported the same issue have since been in touch to say after a few more tries, they were able to get through. Please let us know how you get on.

Randomly my husband's PAYG import number to Three worked but my contract number with Three does not. HTH
