I Need A New AV Receiver

Recently moved home and bought a new LCD TV but had to go worth a pine stand t put it on. The problem is now my old and superb Yamaha AV Receiver is just to big (Tall) and won't fit on any of the shelves. Doesn't help having Sky + and a DVD player there as well.
So I'm going to have to buy a new slim line (DVD player size) AV Receiver. Does anyone have any suggestions as I can't spend too much. Is it cheaper to get a all in one one e.g with DVD player in it?
I've got decent speakers and subwoofer so don't really want to replace them.
