How to subscribe to dailiy email update

I have been subscribed to the "Pensions,.. " forum for a while and get the daily email with updates about new posts. I want to subscribe to another forum in the same way and have searched all over to find out how to do it (because it was so long ago that I did before I can't remember!).
And can someone at MSE please make it findable when you do a search for things like "subscribe ... forums ....." because the answer seem pretty well hidden to me.
Doing a general Goofle search doesn't help either - referring me back to MSE.

On the old green style it is in the Forum Tools drop down men on each board.
On the new blue forum style, it's eve simpler.
