Shell / BG deal

Just cleared the last regulatory hurdle, but BG shares trading 11% below the offer price, presumably reflecting the greater amount BG shares are expected to crash if Shell shareholders reject the deal. But since many Shell shareholders are funds with BG shares, so they don't mind Shell overpaying for BG, Is buying BG shares a risk worth taking?

Ah well, looks like we'll have to wait for the result to be announced and kittie to surface again and tell us how much she made on either BG or Shell shares
