Hosted for you, looks very clear you should have received 6 batteries, especially when you could get them for 50p each, so 6 for £2.40 seems reasonable.0 -
I would question a persons intelligence if they think they will get 6 batteries for that price0

Thanks cono1717!
So as everyone can see, 6 batteries were being also advertised at £2.75, £2.99 and £4.28.
Therefore 6 at £2.40 seemed a good price and not unreasonable to expect 6 for that price, as advertised.0 -

It looks to me like amazon have got the description wrong, and that all the retailers were selling one battery, based on the product name and the photo. They will have specified the unique product reference and amazon has used a wrong description.0 -

Did any of them mention the price they paid for the 6?You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -

There were 16 reviews, including 3 one star reviews and 1 two star review. The two star review was the most recent, from April, and says (with my underlining):
"good prices and batteries, but description is very misleading, says a pack of 6 but only recieved one? not sure if others are on the way but still worth the price I guess?"
That said it seems like the erroneous description has either been there a long time or occurred before, which makes it less excusable in my view.
However I think the only solution you are entitled to is a full refund (including all postage costs).0
