Thinkmoney account showing zero balance

I just logged in to my Thinkmoney account to send some money to a relative and it's showing my balance as zero even though I know I have a four-figure sum in my account. I can't withdraw any money or spend any on my card. There are no transactions on there to suggest anything dodgy has happened, so I suspect this is a glitch of some sort.

That might be easier than it was before, with the rush of basic bank accounts that have become available to meet the end of December 2015 deadline.
thinkmoney has dire reviews at Trustpilot. I guess they have/had a captive market.0 -
You're best trying for the new Nationwide Flexbasic account. No fees and calls to them are free. Though there are many others on the high street better than thinkbanking and their ilk.0
