    You will get dividends if you choose an income producing fund. But how it works best is, if you dont take that income but reinvest it.

    You should hope (and expect) the price to be the same or higher in future decades (as investments should be held for 10 years +.

    pensions can grow faster, as they get an uplift of tax relief added. Ie if you pay BRT, 100 into a pension costs you 80. If you pay HRT, 100 into a pension costs you only 60.
