Lloyds looking at claim again, but got date wrong

Hi All

I have eventually received a phone call from Lloyds bank regarding my reassessment of one of my ppi claims.

I first contacted Lloyds around 8 weeks ago asking for my claim to be looked at again.

Reasons being I was 17 , a student, and working part time.

The gentleman I spoke to asked me how many hours I worked, and was I a student too, I told him the answers.
He said he had June 1995 as the date of the loan, when I know for sure that it was June 1991, when I was 17.

I also asked numerous Lloyds employees when I asked for updates
on the reassement of the claim, and they have all said June 1991.
I'm pretty sure the loan ended in 1995.

The man I spoke with today on the phone said he would email the department and see if the dates were wrong, but he said he had th e loan on his system as 1995.

He also said he would know within a day or so what the outcome will be.

Anyone had their claim reassessed and had some good news?
