do not ignore court papers until proved fake (which is unlikely in this case, especially as CEL are issuing them like confetti at the moment)
check its genuine and acknowledge online saying you will defend
PUT NOTHING IN THE DEFENCE BOX - leave it blank, so only acknowledge and say you will defend, giving yourself a further 14 days to submit an initial holding defence
then read the similar threads on here over the last few weeks, as all the help and advice you need is within those other recent threads (including any UKPC ones which are similar)
but ideally read the CEL court case threads , but dont read anything prior to November 2015 though, you want anything SINCE the Beavis case, especially 2016 ones0 -
Read about CEL practices on The Parking Prankster, they nearly always blink before the hearing.

I don't know why you didn't or were not advised in the thread to respond to the LBA . You now must now acknowledge the claim within 19 days of the issue date on the claim form ( I'd do it now ) and submit a defence within 33 days of the issue date .0

A CEL defence example is on this forum recently - search for Schwartz and you'll find it to adapt.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

But watch out for them trying to get the case decided on papers only - i.e. neither they nor you need to attend, Very bad for you if they do get away with that.0
