Can I check if I received a fine?
Few days ago, I passed by a point where it has speed cameras with increased speed and I saw something flashing in the night, like a camera flash. Since then, I am worried if it was me who the camera caught. Is there a way to check that now, before I receive a letter with the fine?

If you were caught, then the first thing to happen will be a letter to the registered keeper asking for the name of the driver. If you are the RK, it should come within 14 days, otherwise it will catch up with you eventually.
If you don't want to wait, you could find out which police area it was, and phone their central ticket office. However, they may not tell you.0 -
Nope. You need to wait. They have to process it within 14 days so like others have mentioned if you are the registered keeper then expect it within 3 weeks (seasonal post issues etc). If you havent heard after 3 weeks you should be in the clear.0

Car54 summed it up, the OP could check.
If he's the registered keeper he should be in the clear after 14 days, providing he could prove any late service of a nip. The law makes no allowances for seasonal post.0 -
Were you speeding?0

You could ask your local Speed Camera Partnership...0

If you can somehow find out a few days before the NIP drops onto your doormat, what difference would it make to you? You've already had the scare, from seeing the flash, so I'd guess you're already paying that bit more attention to limits.0

Who knows? The speedometer could have been overreading, as they are allowed to.
Why would anybody admit to committing an offence unless presented with evidence that's good enough to stand up in court? If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.0 -
As I told you in my many previous replies to your many previous questions about this subject, also your boasts about being an astronaught and your tax offshore status as a Russian emigree and the other amazing ones you post on topics of buying houses, finding women, selling oil to Arabs and money laundering and your similar ones about whether you can take white powder on airplanes... you need to be talking to my family in La Cosa Nostra in la Sicilia0
