How long will it take for my pin and card to arrive? What are people's experiences on the time scale? Thanks in advance.

You might find with Xmas it will take a little longer and also depends on Royal Mail0

I've had numerous different credit cards over the years and generally it takes 7-14 days before you have both the credit card and the PIN. Luma is a Mastercard so I assume it will be similar.0

They say 7-14 days but my wife ordered one on the 4th and the pin arrived a few days later followed by the card on Saturday so only 8 days in total0
