Ebay sale - collect from Depot?

I am panicking as a fairly high value item i have sold (with tracking) has been rearranged as collect from depot by the person buying it. Am I still covered by my tracking number or am I about to be scammed? I can possibly redirect back to me if I understand where I stand in time.

Yes it should be fine. Presumably no-one was in to receive it. It is good news as the carrier has not just left it in the garden or with a random neighbour.

I would contact the buyer and let them know what is happening as a card may not actually have been left or it has not been noticed. The buyer needs to phone to rearrange delivery or pick it up from the depot. If nothing happens in a week or so it will probably be returned to you.

Thanks, the buyer has rearranged it before it was attempted, having looked the collection point is directly across the road from them so hopefully it is all legit!
