Hi,
I bought a north face jacket online with my mbna card and they sent me the wrong one. It was a uk website and when I contacted them to exchange it, I got what seemed like a false email to say they were in China and they could only give me a partial refund as they would get hammered at customs if I sent the item back. It rang alarm bells and I took the item out of the packaging. When i did, I realised its a fake!!! I paid £133 for it (£30) cheaper than the shop I saw it in. Not sure what to do, so I've asked them how much a partial refund will be. Anyone got any advice???
Thanks

Contact Us - webform only. No phone, no address, ... nothing.
Shipping methods: "Normally, we use DHL as shipping method. But for some counties, we will use EMS as shipping method." LOL
Did this not ring a bell before you paid, not after?
UK my ar5e! There is no anything UK except .uk in the address and prices in £.
If you paid by a card, contact the card provider for chargeback. But don't expect this to be easy as most likely they will want a proof that the item is fake.

Hi,It was www.trixxxters.co.uk
oh dear, I think 'trixxxters' would've put me off straight away.
I bought a jacket from the Official North Face Online Store and their service was excellent.
Good communication, confirmation of order, order sent, tracking info, arrived in a couple of days, oh, and free postage.
Unfortunately the jacket wasn't suitable, so sent it back for a replacement, again free postage both ways, and speedy service.
Oh, and jacket was in the half price sale, so good value.
Hope you get sorted.0 -
Did you click the "Registreer" button to create an account ? I reckon using the "Hong Kong Post Air Mail" logo at the bottom of the screen is a bit of a give away. No contact details either. Credit card ? Over £100 so you may have a few options.0
