Hello
I need to do a back up and it's been ages since I done one. I signed unto itunes to do back up and its saying iphone cannot be synced because not enough free space is available?
I get a message on my iphone 4 saying 'Storage Almost Full' you can manage your storage in settings.
Have loads of photos, few videos which I need to back up and it's saying import so I'll do that now then delete them on my iphone and hopefully that will create more space? Importing these now to Windows Live Photo Gallery
Not sure where to back up contacts on iphone either?

Don't know about iPhones, but my understanding is that backing up and synching are absolutely different things.
If after synching you delete something in the phone it will get deleted in the online account too.
If so, it has to be something different from synching.
Why can you not save the files to your computer or some external memory?0 -

If you really need help, post something more intelligible than just "it wont let me".0
