I had an account with HFC Bank many years ago with PPI in the nineties, is it still possible to claim that far back from a bank that I am not sure even still exists as I can't find it online?

    HSBC handle HFC complaints.
  • Hi,
If you have no information available re your mortgage/bank details you can ask your bank to give you the address of the Archive department. Write them a letter with as much information as you can, they will try to find it for you if it's still available.

Ask your bank to make sure it is the correct address as I was given an incorrect one the first time around and wasted 6 weeks.

    Good luck in your search.
