Moving abroad

Hello
I'm moving to Paris in the new few weeks to take up a new job there. I have about £10,000 in credit card debt at the moment and I am worried that I might miss payments while I am setting up an account there for my salary to be paid into and in turn transfer monies back to the UK.
Should I discuss the situation with the banks I have cards with? I am worried that they will try to reclaim the whole balance because I am moving abroad and if they might do this, should I keep things as they are and just try to manage the best I can?
Thanks all
