I'm a lot brighter than you, I have no doubt about that. You even equate wealth with intelligence, how dumb is that? Are you sure that you want to go down that road, given that you are not wealthy?

Oh I've got it alright you have made it very clear that you hate in the plural, in your mind all landlords are the same, in the same way that other people are racist and also hate people of certain races in the plural, with total disregard for their individual qualities.

I wouldn't waste anymore time with him. Just state you believe you are a good individual a good landlord and try to do a good job. If he feels you are undeserving of whatever he thinks you have that's his choice and your not likely to change his mind.

Thanks, I know that he is either just a bitter and jealous fool, a troll or perhaps he was simply drunk, and that he was trying to get a rise out of me. But all he did was show himself up, if I had done that, I’d be too embarrassed to come back, but I don’t credit him with the ability to reflect to that degree, so I expect he’ll be back for more. But I haven’t got much more time to waste on him anyway, as I’ve got lots of student coursework to mark.

EDIT: What he hasn't successfully managed to explain yet, is why would I place any importance on what some random fool on the internet thinks about me.
