Website information removal

Options
Hello, can someone let me know if theres a way I can have my address removed from a website that isn't mine?

We've come across a website using our home address as their return address. I cannot contact the company as the phone number is for the US (even though its a .co.uk address) and the domain is registered to a PO box address. I would like it removed ASAP but CAB cant really help, any advice gratefully received ty

Our WHOIS tool is a valuable source of information about .UK domains. To work effectively, it must meet the following criteria:

    • The information provided against a domain must be good enough to allow users to contact the registrant quickly, without having to find more information elsewhere
    • It must not be deceptive, and must clearly identify registrants
    • It must list a registrant name that, in legal terms, corresponds exactly with a legal entity with whom we have a contract.
If you believe the WHOIS record doesn’t meet these criteria for a specific domain, please send your complaint to whoisdata@nominet.org.uk. Remember to include the domain name, the reason for the complaint and the fields of data you believe are incorrect, along with any further information you think will help us look into the matter.

If you do it would be under US law so you probably won't find too many experts on here. If you can establish the registrant's US address you could try contacting the Better Business Bureau in that state to see if they can offer any guidance.
