Head Office McD's is pointless. Local Managers can cancel.
We've done this before umpteen times and McD's Head Office do NOTHING. There is a link to a whole thread about 'successful complaints' (including McDs) in the NEWBIES thread and every success has been complaining in person & getting the actual Manager to cancel it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
