Yamaha Clavinova Sticky Key Problem

I don't know if anyone here is going to be able to help me with this. However, I've drawn a blank on the internet so will give it a try.
Around 2000 or thereabouts we bought my daughter the Yamaha Clavinova CLP 920 because she loved playing the piano. She used it until she went to university but by then some of the keys were sticking. Shortly after that we moved house and the piano was put into storage so we were unaware that Yamaha were doing a recall and replacing the key assembly of these Clavinovas as the sticky keys were a common fault.
Now that she has her own place my daughter has been asking for her piano back. She isn't able to fix the piano herself but my husband is able to with the right parts. Yesterday he identified 8 keys that needed replacing. I have found somewhere that stocks replacement keys. However, I have since read that replacing the keys is not the solution to the problem because other keys will start to go and the new keys will eventually start sticking. The only solution is a new key assembly. However, Yamaha have stopped issuing free replacement keyboards and the only supplier they gave me does not do replacement keyboards but only keys.
We are willing to pay for a new key assembly but are unable to find a supplier. I have looked on the internet without success. We have considered buying her a new digital piano for Christmas but my husband says the Clavinova has a superior sound and it would be better if it could be repaired. Has anyone any suggestions about stockists etc.?

A quick search found this

Seems to know exactly what he's on about.
I'd contact him for advice.0 -

Thanks. That is one of the sources where I read that a new keyboard assembly is necessary to fix the problem. However, I have just contacted Yamaha again and the keyboard can be ordered. The problem is we are talking about £500. I'll wait to see what my husband says about that.
Personally, I would rather spend that money on a new digital piano. We have been looking at the Yamaha P115 but I am not sure how that compares with the Clavinova as its a relatively cheap model. It at least would not have this problem.
The thing that put me off ringing Mike Barden is that he said if Guildford is too far to come then ring Yamaha and not me.The forest would be very silent if no birds sang except for the birds that sang the best0
