Monument PBP

Hi all its been a while, and i turn to you for some help again.
A year or so ago i applied for PPI from 7 different companies, and i was successful from all of them i had a credit card or loan with. I was awarded between £350 - £3500 from the companies amounting to around £7500 in total reclaimed which i thank you all and MSE forums for (including Martin Lewis).

Monument was one of the companies i claimed PPI back from, and was awarded £880 last October, which didn't seem right, because i had similar credit cards with the same limit, which were all ran up to that limit and paid more PPI back. Anyhow beggars cant be choosers i say and plopped the cheque into my bank. A year Monument have sent me a statement (which looks exactly like the original statements for the credit card i had back then) saying i have had a PBP refund x 3 with interest x 3, comp x 3 and tax paid x3 totaling £1,366.99 in credit (CR).
So i called the 0870 number on my statement and gave them my card number from the statement, and they said they can not help me because they are now Rise Visa and gave me a 01293 228 702 number to call and said speak with them. They did say it gets busy so keep trying, I have done this numerous times between 9am-4pm over 4 days and left a couple of messages with my Phone number, but i still haven't spoken with anyone.
So what I'm thinking is ill write a letter to Monument and send it to Saffron Road in Leicester (the address on the statement).

Where i need the help is what should i say in the letter? (My name, account No. etc, being as i am £1,366.99 in credit i want the money paid to me via cheque please doesn't seem to cut it). So are there any templates around i can basically copy from to give my letter some importance?

Would there be an easier way of contacting them i haven't thought of?

I spent a bit of time last week googling this on how to get the money back, to which i found some info on, mainly links to the MSE site, but no guide on what to write in a letter.
Another question i have is.... Is there a difference in PPI and PBP? from what i have read its the same thing but someone here may know a difference.

Thanks again for you help.
