My son is downloading a zip file for his xbox one
we are running windows 10 and saving the file to the desktop

Next we have to open the zip file and save it to the memory stick so he can load it on to his x box one to play off line

I am not sure on how we open a zip file to save it to the memory stick please can some one give step by step instructions

Thank you

Win Rar or Win Zip or 7-Zip are the usual tools .
Extract TO the memory stick .
But what you end up with will be what's inside the zip .

right click on zip "extract to" and then you will have the files in a new folder , win 10 has its own zip extractor built into it

Windows has been able to open and create zip files since the XP days.

Thanks never new that as WinRAR has always been a priority install due to its ability to open firmware zips .
