I would say the spice mix and the salsa should be OK if you check the indivial packets they may have longer dates than the outer pack, the weak link in that kit for me is the tortilla wraps which is a bread based product in a vac pac or a gas flushed pack, i would bin the wraps and but some new ones and use the other parts of the kit
and the cheese i would just use and not worry0 -
The spice mix and salsa should be ok. The wraps you'll be able to tell easily, if they are mouldy or hard bin them and the mozarella is only days past it's best before date so should be fine. Unless you see or smell anything off with these, I'd eat.0

yes eat up its just a date I ignore dates and I have been on this planet a good many years .Back in the 1940s-50s there were no such things you ate virtually anything and were darned glad to do so.As long as it didn't walk off the plate I would eat it0

I made a cake the other day using some ingredients (sugar, spices, vanilla extract) that had a BBE 2006 date on them. Perfectly fine to use0

Just eat it. If it had been in my fridge I wouldn't even had looked at the date.0

Last night I made custard with Bird's powder with a BBE of 2009. That is by no means the oldest thing in my cupboards!
Eat them, but check the cheese0 -

Your store cupboard sounds like mine :rotfl:
I never throw anything away unless it's obviously off or unusable. I go through cooking phases too so may stock up on certain ingredients I'm using at the time but then maybe not use them again for several years lol0 -

Remember that dried chilli gets stronger as it ages, but the other flavours can fade. I'd add half the seasoning kit, taste it, then consider adding a bit from the store cupboard if it needed it... but that's just 'cause I'm a wuss with heat. That sounds like a classic case of premature extrapolation.
