cold radiator

Hi
Radiator in bedroom is cold. Central heating is on and it's turned to max. All other radiators are fine. There is no outlet valve to bleed it. Had a bit of central heating problem recently. ..sludge in boiler system and intermittent heating / water 1 in 10 times. I don't think that's the issue here given the other radiators.
Anything I can do?
I took out home care 2 cover with British gas this week.
Recently had boiler inspection / certificate too.

I have just touched it. It's not stone cold. It feels like it may have been warm and very much cooler down. It can't even be described as luke warm.0

1. If its got a thermostatic radiator valve on it, the pin may be stuck. Remove the TRV head (usually a knurled ring just below the bit you turn), use something hard to push pin down. It should come up on its own. If it doesn't, try turning it with a pair of pliers. Don't pull it up, some of them come out and then you have a leak.
2. Check behind the panels at top right and top left as some radiators have their bleed screws hidden there. If its hot at the bottom and cold at the top it most likely needs bleeding. If its hot at the top and cold at the bottom is could be something else like poor circulation or a build up of sediment.0 -
Turn rad nearest to boiler off then next nearest etc. get furthest away hot then turn on others one by one working back to nearest.0
