Anyone know anything about this outfit? A neighbour is thinking of calling regarding a buy to let property he has that is in neg. equity. I told him they are probably the same as usual cash buyer ads. Low offer then when about to sign contract another low offer.

"sell in a tenth of the time" yeah right,and at market price or above?Reminds me of puutting a car in paper for sale and I had 3 phone calls from people who told me they had "customers waiting" for just such a car as mine,all I had to do was pay a fee and all sorted.I didnt but read of many who did and of course customers never showed up.....0
