Has anyone a recommendation for a online diary that can be used on several levels - general viewing, more details, confidential - and that can be printed out in a presentable form.

I am looking for something more sophisticated than MS Outlook

I think i've got a couple already on the computer. I start the year full of enthusiasm, but then it dwindles away and i stop filling it in.

I think confidential things can be safer online hidden behind a password than leaving a book in a drawer in the house.
