"Package Greece" tends to close mid-October - no problem with Athens all year round, but likely to be just the major towns on the islands (via ferry). Try googling various islands and "November" - could be a bit of an adventure....0

Corfu closes their airport in October, some of the other islands may do the same as well so like ManAtHome said you need to get a ferry to the islands.
Greece, like Britain, starts to get cold from September as well so pack your thermals.0 -
crete is your best option, then rhodes i believe.
crete is almost becoming year round as they look to introduce a ski programme their. try www.olympicholidays.co.uk as they start holidays in april(about a month before the others) we have been last week in oct to both and been in the sea- just depends on your luck0 -
Would also add Kos and Lesvos to Deva's list (only 'cos I prefer them both to Rhodes). Obviously this year has been very weird weather, so it's all a bit luck of the draw really.
BIG TIP - don't try googling Lesbos...0
