weve been doing our daughters bedroom up and I ordered a ready built shelf/peg type thing for the wall in their room.
It was supposed to have been couriered on monday and arrive on wednesday.. on wednesday the seller emailed saying they didnt get the day off on monday so wernt able to post and would be posting weds/thurs now thats fine by me as we still need carpet etc in the room. however now we get asked did it arrive on time my answer would be no, however if when it arrives all is okay and the item is as described I dont want seller to get a negative mark against them!
so do I say yes it arrived on time? seller apologised, let me know it would be late so Im leaning towards this.. however its still not marked as dispatched, it went for a very low price, I was the only bidder and bid the opening price.. so theres a possibility the seller doesnt actually want to sell at this price hence why its not marked as sent. But I maybe wrong.

You have four options.
Lie - seller doesn't get a black mark.
Tell the truth - seller gets a black mark.
Leave feedback but don't complete the date - your feedback isn't counted in their late metrics.
Don't leave any feedback - your feedback isn't counted in their late metrics.0 -
As above. It really depends on whether you want the seller to get a black mark or not. Just make sure they are not stringing you along and it never arrives. Personally, if the buyer has apologised and seems genuine I would just not bother answering it either way.0
