I march this year i switched from sse to coopenergy, i had 15 years of hassle free service from sse, since i changed to coop i have had nothing but trouble, the latest is that my electric meter is faulty, i have had 4 visits to fix it cancelled or once when they just turned up without an appointment while i was at work, i have had enough so am returning to sse but my question is should i wait until coop fix the meter or should i just contact sse so i can get them to deal with it..
n.b i am in a fixed tariff and i am willing to pay exit fees just to be rid of them.

Start a switch immediately, The co-op are unbelievably bad suppliers. Remember that you can get cashback to offset your exit fees e.g. http://www.topcashback.co.uk/simply-switch/
