Hi,
I received a redress offer from HSBC mid Novemeber.
I accpeted it and received the money in the bank yesterday. It was £40 short.
Is this usual?

Does it reflect the tax?0

On the Offer letter it shows the working out where tax has already been dedcuted.
Then a total of the offer amount which i accepted.
Would they tax again before it's paid into bank?0 -
Ring them and ask.
If you are a non taxpayer or, have not used your tax allowance for this year, you can claim the tax back from HMRC.0
